Lynsey Dubbeld is a Dutch trend analyst and writer who has been specializing in sustainable fashion since 2009. She has written about fashion for online and print media such as Vrouwen.nl, Fashion.blog.nl, NSMBL.nl, ‘De Groene Amsterdammer’ and ‘De Betere Wereld’, and for organisations such as Club van Rome and Schone Kleren Campagne. Currently, she's fashion editor with ‘Krant van de Aarde’, expert for Club Green and partner of Nudge.nl.
In 2012, Lynsey published a book on sustainable fashion, ‘Mode voor morgen. Duurzame kleding in Nederland’ (‘Fashion for the future. Sustainable clothing in the Netherlands’). She is regularly interviewed as an expert on green and fair fashion, and gives presentations, talks and lecturess.
Lynsey has a background is in philosophy and science & technology studies. Having worked as an academic for over six years, she retrained as a journalist in 2005. She has been working as a trend analyst, writer and journalist ever since, focusing on the (sustainable) fashion business.
